CTC Co-Locates with COTTM, Expanding Corporate Travel in China

As we all know, business travel is an important sector of the tourism industry. With the gradual recovery of the global economy, the recovery of the business travel market is accelerating. According to industry related index reports, the global business travel industry spent 32% more than the previous year, and business travel spending is expected to exceed 2019 by 2024, reaching $1.5 trillion. Business travel spending in 2027 will be $1.78 trillion. Meanwhile, China’s business travel spending is expected to reach $360.7 billion in 2023, up 40% year on year.

As a professional trade show in the travel industry that has been successfully held for 16 editions, COTTM 2024 will expand its business travel sector in conjunction with Corporate Travel Community (CTC), a brand of the Informa Group that focuses on the business travel market. Bringing together suppliers such as hotels, airlines, payment solutions and DMCs with business travel buyers from automotive, chemical, finance, IT/ Internet and energy industry.

About CTC

Established in 2019 – Corporate Travel Community (CTC) – is a network of corporate travel buyers and other personnel such as Human Resources, Procurement, Administration, Corporate Service…etc who manage their organisation’s travel portfolios. They are the key decision makers for travel policies and managing travel expenses. CTC is part of the Informa Markets division which runs hundreds of events and trade shows around the world with more than 550 B2B brands. This allows CTC to uniquely connect with travel buyers and travel managers beyond the reach of traditional corporate travel industry associations.
